Started off with first round 1v1 casual phone screening with prospective boss for the position then after being invited back for a second round interview, I was sent questions and assignments to complete for submission for them to assess my skills. The second interview was a Zoom call with additional personnel.

I applied through LinkedIn and then was invited to a Zoom with small team. Everyone on the call was very welcoming and warm. They were prompt in their decision making and clear in communicating their final decision. Though I did not get the internship, one member of the team offered to support my job search.
