Applied online. Was required to take a test to qualify me for an interview. After testing I was called in for an interview and asked the normal questions. Was offered the job on the spot, but wasn't called to start training for over a month. I wasn't told it would take so long and I quit my other job.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
