It is too easy to get in. The interview is not even one on one. It's a group interview and then you'll get called in for the supposedly one on one interview, but you're really in a room full of interviewers quickly asking you basic questions if you are ok doing physical work and if you've ever done physical work in the past. It is way too difficult to NOT get recommended for a position. The real test is when you start working and see if you will last. Probably why they hire so many. The only way you wont get the job is if you have been convicted of a crime and also bad driving record like a DUI. other than that, youre golden.

Have you ever done any physical work in the past, are you okay with doing physical work, how flexible is your schedule...its very easy. it literally lasted me 2 minutes of my time. Youre in a room full of other interviewers asking these same questions to other people and check marking down the questions on paper. thats it. easy peasy

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
