Since I live near a large metropolitan city, there were about 50-60 other people interviewing for the job. The first hour was a small video and then 40-50 mins of two managers talking about the job, their expectations of you and how difficult it is. After that, you are I divudally called to doy el check your application that you submitted online and then called I to a one-on-one interview with a postmaster. That interview lasted about 30-40 mins. They ask typical questions like “what are you qualifications for this job”, “how would you react to so and so” and have you had any trouble with your past employers”. Once they ask you those questions, they want to know what questions you have for them so make sure you ask any questions you might have.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
