They do the work and write down your work related experience and compare it to their job. It's a nice interview where they don't ask a lot of questions as he/she is busy writing down the information that they know is pertinent.

Can you lift a box of mail ? We are waiting in a row of seats They call you over to a table in a large room with lots of privacy. They don't ask questions. They have a conversation with you which is REFRESHING compared to a regular interview. They have your jobs and job description on a paper and they read it. They are busy writing the whole time while they are talking to you. They are too busy writing so they don't pay that close attention to you.
