Recruiter was very nice, it was a dual role position supporting two teams. Had 3 phone interviews with hiring managers and team and 2 in person. All went well until the 5th interview I was told it was a “meet and greet” by 2 people ended up being a huge 5 people panel interview. I was prepared but shocked as I researched the two individuals who barely talked. The other surprise guest talked the most and it was a full blast interview not a meet and greet. Then ultimately after all that they took 2 months to get back to me. They over interview and take to long to get back to candidates or at least keep in touch during the interview process .
