Easygoing. Not too pushy for details. They're more likely to approve someone than turn them away. Key is to be honest. Also important is to know what you want to do; going in open general is not recommended, as they will put you where bodies are needed, often into the more undesirable jobs.
Walk in. Finding the recruiter is the hard part. Just have to keep trying if you really want it you will make it happen. Just keep teaching out as it can take some time to find them.
