I participated in a phone interview with 2 colleagues- neither of which I would interact with (not HR or a manager). Answered questions about my background, interest in the role. They did not really know how to interview civilians and asked a few inappropriate questions. Once hired, when I reported to the job, there was miscommunication and they didn't know I was coming in that day.
