J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez URA (Singapore River)
Entretien
A one hour written test, followed by two interview rounds with immediate manager and director followed by group director. Everyone was amicable. The questions were very standard (why did you apply, what is your best quality, what are your hobbies).
HR rep was professional and friendly. The process involved a written test, followed by an in-person interview. If shortlisted, there would still be another round of in-person interview. Standard interview questions were asked, with a focus on explaining the job scope, discussing the candidate's previous job experiences and reviewing academic achievements from a decade ago. Overall, it was a positive experience. However, due to the high volume of candidates being interviewed, the success rate was expected to be low.

Entretien
Interviewers were >30min late, HR went MIA on the interview day and made me waited for a long time at their office. The interviewers were not being tactical and sensitive enough with their questions which made me question their professionalism and experience.
