It's a direct interview process with HR, apply job via company website if your profile matches the requirements you will get an interview call. Depends on the location and experience on the job role HR will verify the sufficient documents then after the Basic assessment questions which will end up in half an hour process.

I was invited to spend about an hour trying out the process to see if it was a good fit. It was kind of an anti-interview because they need to see if you really can handle the job. So I helped unload a large truck for 30 minutes with a nice fellow. Then I loaded a truck for 30 minutes with a freindly worker. Then I was invited back for a group meeting to ask questions and sign a contract. Very friendly people.
