They sat me down and asked basic questions about what my previous experience was. Then I was given a list of zip codes and areas. Then I was tested to see if I could memorize these zip codes soon after.

In a tiny room for all of 15 minutes. Standard questions. It certainly felt at the time like they just needed someone, anyone as they were in need of staff and fast.
