bland/no one talks to you. you come in, tell them what you're there for, they ask to see an id or something else, then you just fill out paperwork, wait for someone to come and and head out. (I applied online though)

The interview process was very unorganized, unprofessional and stressful. Drove 40 minutes to my work location and the UPS staff had no idea I was coming. Tried calling my assigned supervisor and couldn't speak with her. It was a horrible experience.
