They've changed the process recently (2021ish that's when I applied) and it's not really an interview anymore. You get directed to a seperate website and play some of those 'brain games' where they test your reaction time, memory, honesty, ect. If you score high enough you go through the rest of the usual application paperwork and schedule your first day. Before you go in you'll get a call from HR if you have an questions.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
