The entire interview process was over the phone. They asked if the job fit my schedule and if I was willing to commit for the entire Christmas season. They hire on the spot over the phone and train over zoom due to Covid-19. Background check is required.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,
