Entretien
UPS typically promotes from within. You have to initially go through a written and computer based test before being considered for a panel interview. For the interview you are sat in front three upper management employees who will ask you a series of questions. It is a fair assessment and depending on your confidence level not too difficult. The climate is as relaxed as you make it.
