You pick a time ,you come in and they give you a tour of the building to show you different jobs and how hard people are working with no people standing around.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
