Through other failed applications, I was informed about an amazing website called Stella.ai, which informed me about the job opening at UPS and how I would be a good fit for the position. I applied to UPS though Stella.ai, at the time I forwarded to UPS's job site to fill out some more information, about myself. Soon after my application was submitted, I received an email from an internal recruited in UPS asking me about my background, soon after this, I had an onsite interview with two interviewers. I received a few more called from UPS to inform me of my progress and to see if I had any other applications that could cause a job wage bidding war. I found the Stella.ai application process to UPS to be an amazing success.
