The interview took about 5-10 minutes and was with an HR representative. Very simple, basic questions were asked, nothing unexpected or difficult. They mainly describe the job itself and explained different shifts.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
