There truly was no interview process. I came in as a seasonal driver helper and asked management for more hours or working opportunities. I started working the afternoon shift as a package handler without any training and it was a sink-or-swim situation. This is common for most all roles at the part-time level.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
