I applied through LinkedIn and got a call from the recruiter. They scheduled an initial screening with the recruiter and then one with the team, with 4 days in between. 4 members joined the call, and they took turns to ask questions for 1 hour. It was very professional, and most of them were related to Spring Boot, REST APIs, and deployment. After the interview was over, there was total silence. I didn't hear back from anyone. I even emailed the recruiter, but they simply ghosted me. The status of my application hasn't changed. I think they completely forgot about the interview.
