Great process very thorough and you can tell they want to get the best employees. Pay offer was good and competitive. Employee coworkers are all kind. Hours are not bad at all and holiday pay.

it's a personal veichel driver. they need you deliver the packages by using you own veichel. basically is a phone call interview, then oreintation, including safety operation and some knownlege about the logistic, and how to use their device, the last is to check you vechiel.

Their recruitment/setup process or lackthereof is not timed well and is very confusing. Tried to setup road test before an actual interview or being offered a position. Left a bad taste in my mouth. So decided not to go any further with this company.
