I was interviewed for a new position that was being offered. They wanted to know various customer service, situational, and experience questions. They were pretty in-depth but it was because they were trying to find the right fit for the position. If you do interview for a position, take the description of the job and break down the areas and make sure you are able to do those areas. Maybe you would need some training, but make sure that you can actually do them. Also due to working in a hospital, I was asked if being around instances of patients vomiting etc would bother me. If you would not want to have to deal with anything like that, it may not happen all the time, but eventually you will have to encounter it and take care of the situation. Be advised that you may have to handle that type of situation, and if you dont think that is for you, discuss it with the person interviewing you so that they are aware you have a hard time with that situation. I gave my interview difficult because again, I was interviewing for a brand new position the department was adding that I applied for and they wanted to know more in depth about myself and handling situations. I also put 'no' for did I get an offer, because I was told it would take almost a month before I would even know if I am being chosen for the position due to many other candidates have to interview for the position. I would not be advised quickly if I was hired.

Not hard at all. Just took time scheduling. The recruiters take a long time to respond to emails which made it tricky trying to schedule an interview. Would recommend working for the company
