There were 3 interview steps in total. 1 with the team lead, the 2nd with the team lead and the Director of the team and, the forth with the CFO of the entire department.
It’s a shame because the interviews went really well, point where I thought I was going to get an offer. After I talked to the CFO. I was told I would get a response soon. You would figure that even if I didn’t get the offer I would get some kind of courtesy call or email to tell me that I didn’t get the position. And I would have like to know why so I can avoid making any similar mistake in the future, but I had to find out by myself going to the job application page. I sent an email to ask why I was removed out of consideration for the job and received no response still.
The interview process as was great and comfortable but the post interview response is an overall down negative.
