Months passed between application and initial contact from HR. Phone screen with a hiring manager to discuss qualifications. Was invited to the downtown office for an interview with multiple directors, and potential colleagues. Took nearly a month to offer the job after that.

Simple questions about my history and relevance for the position. Pretty smooth process. HR was communcative throughout the process. Went through 2 rounds of interviews. Then I was offered the position.

Entretien
It was a 4 step interview. The interviews conducted online zoom , The interviews were straight forward and various members of the leadership team attended to ask typical interview style questions. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Very thorough interview process. The people I spoke with made me feel comfortable. I met with different levels of people within the department but wasn't asked to come back for a second interview.
