Entretien
Process takes a bit of time. Begins with phone screen, your asked to supply video through skype (interview with HR), and then several interviews with department. After the HR screening (two interviews) you then interview with many people in the department. Questions each interviews are pretty much the same as they need to follow a very formalized processs (I.e. submissions to corporate that you covered and discussed certain topics). Pretty laidback vibe given the corporate enforcements.
I had one interview a week. First interview with manager/director. Then a panel interview with the team you will be working with. Final interview was with department VPs. I received a call back within a week of the final interview.
three tier process starting with a one way video interview, then leading into a panel interview with potential work colleagues, then moving on to supervisors and direct reports for the final interview.

Entretien
The process consisted of an initial application followed up by a one-way phone interview. I've never had an interview like this so it was very challenging to only have 1 chance to record your answers on camera without actually speaking to a person.
