First was interview on phone, then after short listed was called for Personal round where they followed Competency Based Interview, Panel Based, Technical techniques.After short listing they called me for HR Round.

Selection process was divided in 3 parts. Starting with telephonic round, then written and finally personal round. Competency Based Interview: They asked question based on the competency required for the role and also on competency that interviewee possess. Lot of probing questions were asked.
