Straight forward, but can be a lengthy process.
Applied online through UN website, waited about 1 month or so, before asked to interview on phone with panel. That was fine, with standard competency questions based on the role. Then waited 1-2 months before hearing anything again.
I assume they get a lot of applications and as such a large organisation, it appears to be slow. Still, I would be keen to apply again for the right role.

Several online process, test and submittals, letters, etc. Very long process to get the interview. The interview lasted no more than 30 minutes, with 3 questions, one per interviewer. One of them was online via zoom or similar platform...
