1st round was a test. Depending on what role you applied, the questions is based on that. Mostly they trying to see how well you write. From application to test, it takes a month. However they wrote in the email as to when is the next interview will be should you pass the test

Entretien
Interview was face to face with three interviewer, two from the unit and one external panel. Took about 45 minutes and they asked 3 questions but each questions has a,b,c, basically the STAR.

Entretien
they requested a self introduction at the beginning of the interview, after competency based questions were asked. they did not test my knowledge about the field. it was not difficult but i did not hear from them.
