Great process and friendly interviewer. I interviewed with the manager, a labor and delivery nurse, which I find essential since they know the workflow and the unique challenges of the unit. The interview consisted of behavioral interviewing questions, which lasted approximately one hour. I heard back from UNC Health about the position within the same week.
