lots of interpersonal questions and and general get to know you questions. they asked me three interpersonal questions and asked me to answer in a certain format. They were patient with me throughout out the process.

I applied early. Reached out by recruiter to schedule screening interview almost a month after applying. I felt interview with the recruiter went great. Job description mentioned no experience required. I follow up with the recruiter 2 weeks after our initial interview and was told that I wouldn't be moving on to the next round because the team wanted someone with more technical skills and experience. Like if that's what the team wants then it should be listed on the job description itself. Don't waste people's time.
