Mid covid, so a couple phone or zoom interviews. Basic interview questions, no real curveballs. Manager in charge of department didn't seem to have actually read my resume, and was surprised at my experience after hiring me.

After screening thre is an induction which is a long introduction that will be given. Most of this information is important for the interview process. In addition to that, SMART technique questions are also used.
