Applied for opening, had a scheduled phone interview with a recruiter named Brooke. The recruiter cancelled the interview 30 minutes before the scheduled time/date without any prior notification. No formal contact from the recruiter, I even followed up regarding the cancellation and no answer. Very unprofessional.

Fairly easy when I interviewed, though I've heard it's become more stringent. Probably depends on the team and its' management structure. I had an HR phone interview first, followed by 1 in-person interview. The hiring process took a couple of months. I've heard UL is relatively slow with the hiring process.
