In August, KRONOS emailed me asking if I was interested in interviewing for this position. Mid September was the first round, and I didn't hear anything for almost 2 months (even with emails) before I was invited to the second in early November. It's now January, and I have no clue as to whether or not I actually have this position, even though I have asked for feedback multiple times. The interviewers themselves were very professional yet relaxed as well as being directly involved in the project I would be hired on to if I was hired, and I honestly would love to work with them. However I'm not very impressed by the HR department's handling of my interview process. I hope that I'm just a rare case, otherwise I suspect they might chase off potential hires with their current methodologies.

Question 1
They asked a lot about team building skills as well as situations showing these skills, as well as about your previous projects/positions. I didn't have an overly technical interview, but then again I'm used to interviews where coding on paper cold turkey is normal, so your mileage may vary.

Input resume and application to their website, a month and a half or so later received notice from a recruiter which jump-started the interview/hiring process. After speaking with the recruiter, we lined up the interview the next day, a couple weeks later I had the interview, heard back a couple days later with an offer. The part that took the longest was hearing anything after initially submitting an application to an open job offer on the Kronos website. In the meantime I nearly took another job.
