The interview process was great. The recruiter was the best part of the process. Of the 5 meetings I had with UKG. Two were with the recruiting executive Jon Moller. He was by far the best recruiter I've had the pleasure to work with. Though I didn't get the job at the end, I loved his help and especially the feedback call at the end to find out why they choose another candidate. I wish all companies did that, so that job seekers like me can learn for the future. Jon Moller is the reason I will actually apply again to UKG, but for a different role. He honestly made me feel like UKG's people were the type of people I wanted to work with.
