Initial interview was with a Talent Acquisition Manager. They reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I figured it might be good to see what opportunities existed with the company. They were professional, respectful, interested and communicative. It was a breath of fresh air. They wanted to move forward with a second interview, and I agreed to it.
The second interview was with a panel of four. There were some technical difficulties to start, and they easily worked through it and we all had a good laugh. They were relaxed, curious, and allowed me time to ask questions. Again, a total change from my six months of interviews at other companies. I could tell instantly this was my work tribe.
I’ve read a lot of positive reviews about this company, and I can honestly say I see why.
They were all very genuine, and the best part is, they reward employees accordingly with bonuses and some really great benefits and perks. All that’s expected of you is that you do your job well, and they are serious about business. But I can tell they want people to like what they do, not just do the work. Departments and team support one another, and that is something I look forward to!
