Had a first phone interview 5 days ago and still waiting to hear back from them...my case is an employee referral from one of my Professors... they sent me an email to arrange phone interview and a week later I got the call , it was a 15 min interview, pretty simple....will update on process...
Initially sent in application - heard back from talent acquisition and then they would give you a short interview. From there, 3 rounds with different managers within the field you're applying for - heard back a couple weeks after Overall, was a very comfortable process, everyone was very nice

good and easy flowing. fast interview process, all my questions were answered. communication was simple. got offer quickly. had a great time meeting the recruiter and team. Overall definitely recomomend.
