I had a horrible -2 experience with the group. The technical discussion was really good and the panels were quite experienced but unfortunately UKG has a very unprofessional , inexperienced and highly insensitive HR panel. I would like to specially mention about the HR attitude& I am sorry to state that these people having had so many yrs of experience and yet don't have the courtesy to hear out the expectation of candidate. It's understandable that the company has some fixed budget and the candidate might have different expectation, but talking about and closing the discussion on a healthy note is what we would expect. They are people who would hold grudges about you not joining them at low salary is highly unjustifiable and to make it worse, they would talk rudely and use harsh/insensitive tone while talking to /about you. I would always request companies while asking technical people to upskill themselves should also ask their HRs to upskill themselves because they are the ones representing the entire company before the candidate and would definitely give a very very wrong picture!
