Due to lock down and Covid-19 situation, HR conducted the interview online through "Teams" software and Its one of experience that company should do it on regular basis.
One thing I liked most about the process was to have proper communication at each step from HR which was very interesting and good to know that people still follow the basic guidelines to provide the update to the candidate at each step.
Every time the interviewer logged in on time and conduct the process within the timelines agreed.
Despite all the interviews were conducted on time and through effective and efficient communication it is very easy for some one to know the candidature and progress.
Here I would like to mention the qualities of HR who helped me to get and to know the company better before having any round of interview.
