Received a call from the HR for interview process. There were total 5 rounds of interviews which were taken by team members to as high position as IT Directors. Overall interview experience with Kronos was great and the HR is very supportive and kept me in all communications and updates. Kronos gave me very welcomed vibe, even though i had other offers but because of these small things and getting to know what and how my team is i picked Kronos.

They were really interested in my personality as they wanted to know how i am as a person and what i do in my day to day activities. They wanted to get the idea of whom they will be dealing with as a team member and as an employee if hired, which according to me is a good thing.
