I applied for a security analyst position. I had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. I took a security analyst assessment, which consisted of a PCAP analysis. I was invited to a in-person interview consisted of: 1 hour panel with the security analyst team, including a white board session (Some technical questions, some conversational questions) 4-one hour interviews with different department heads and directors with the security team. But I was offered a CUSTOMER SERVICE job. I respectively declined. Honestly, I was confused when I was offered the Customer Service job. No offense, but why waste mine, the SOC team, and several director's time on interviewing a potential security analyst candidate only to offer than a customer service job? In my opinion, I think the recruiter did not know exactly the position this individual was trying to fill.

It was very friendly. People were approachable. I've had three interviews and there was no complaint. Questions were not awkward but to the point. It was a remote work and they decided to move with another cand.
