      Entretien

The interview process was really quick but there are several parts to it. My resume was submitted to the Talent Acquisition Specialist on a Thursday, and on Sunday May 15th I got an email requesting a phone interview. My phone interview was on May 17th and I was really nervous. The interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. He is really good at what he does and is very knowledgeable! Advice for this portion is DON'T BE NERVOUS and really know your answers to why you would like to work for this company and what you know about them. Also, he will give you advice at the end of your phone interview and please listen to the advice. It will only benefit you in the long run and it helped me immensely. Next, I was asked to go to an on site interview at the Weston HQ the following day. The interviewer was really nice and asked almost the same questions, but don't memorize Wikipedia. Take the time out to really research and discover all the amazing things this company has to offer. I was nervous at first, but as soon as you meet the interviewer you will see that it is laid back and there is no need for nerves. For this portion, I would advise to really be yourself and show your personality. They are looking for people who fit the amazing culture Ultimate has to offer. Also, I was asked to take an online assessment 2 days after my interview. This assessment covered math (alg, percentage, word problems) and word relationships/patterns. Don't be nervous for this as it is used to gauge where you are at. Lastly, I was asked after the assessment to come in once more for a final panel interview. This interview will be with your future managers and co-workers. I was most nervous for this part since I had never done a panel interview. I suggest practicing your answers and building up your confidence so that everything will come easy to you. During the interview they asked similar questions to the previous interview but there was more time to have sort of a conversation. It was very relaxed and nothing like I thought it would be. They (3 people) were all so nice and welcoming. I had a great time getting to know them and their love for this company. Go into this interview prepared and ready for several curve ball questions! I recieved an offer the next morning in which I happily accepted! Process took a total of 8 days from the phone interview to the offer. The best advice I can give you is please be yourself and don't be nervous. They really do want you to succeed in the interview and you will see that it is very relaxed. Ultimate is an AMAZING company so do your research and find out all the things that make it special. Give facts about the company, but also find out other things they do like community service. Listen to the advice the phone interviewer gives you!! If you follow these things you should be good to go! Good Luck!!

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want to work at ultimate? What do you know about the job you are applying for? Why customer service? Do you work better alone or on a team? Give me an example of a time you had to go above and beyond? Give me a time when you had to deal with angry customers/co workers? Give me a time when you had to multi task? What would you do if someone on your team wasn't pulling their weight?
