The interview process was smooth and interactive. It felt more like a conversation than a typically QnA session. However: after that, the response from HR was appalling. After the final round the HR called and confirmed that I have been short listed and they will come back to me with an offer after 2 days. It has been 3 weeks now and radio silence. I have mailed and called but no response. I understand that there are rejections and that is ok. but it is highly unprofessional if you call someone and tell them they have been short listed and offer will be rolled out soon and then you don’t have the decency to call back and say that they are not moving ahead.
