Nothing too ridgid. About 3-4 rounds with different managers. Just looking at your background. Make sure you know the HCM space. Know the competitors. Your sales process, etc. They want to see sucesss and a team environment. No selling on an island.

Extremely thorough and friendly interview. I felt at home immediately when starting the process. I quickly understood why this is a top five place to work according to Fortune. There were a number of steps, but each person I spoke with wanted to get to know me more and more throughout the process.
