I applied online with a CV and a Cover Letter. I was invited to an initial Zoom interview with a Principal, HR Business Partner. The interviewer emailed to rearrange the call just before it was meant to start. We rearranged for the following week, but the interviewer did not attend the rearranged call. I then received a generic email saying that my application had been rejected.

Emailed with a rejection 6 months after applying. Not the first time they have been bad with communication as well, I applied previously and did not even get a response back. The best way you can gauge the culture of an organisation is how they treat the people who want to work for them.
