While I was the unsuccessful finalist to the role, I don't have enough great things to say about the interview process at UFA. Contrary to competitors in the industry, the interviews had a professional, but relaxed atmosphere.
1. Phone call with recruitment to go over relevant career experience.
2. In-Person interview with hiring manager and recruitment. Discussed both behavioral questions, but also questions about the candidate.
3. In-person lunch interview with hiring manager and their director. Had a casual discussion going over a variety of topics.
