I was interviewed as a contractor by 2 members of the team. A simple Zoom interview with questions about my experience, future goals, and job function. Followed up my interview with thank you emails to the 2 people who interviewed me.

They ask some basic questions to start with such as why do you want to pursue clinical research and why UCLA specifically. It then transitions into standard behavioral questions. Examples include: describe your biggest strength and weakness. Describe the main findings of your previous research experiences.

I got an email that my application was sent to the hiring manager. Within 2 weeks, I received a request for an interview. The interview was a 30 minute video call.
normal, nothing really special. typical questions about my background, what i want to do, how i want to grow, etc. very nice people overall especially those working in the hr department
