Pediatrics unit-RN residency. Out of 1000, I was one of the 22 chosen for interviews. It was my first interview ever! I studied the hospital back and forth. Received an email asking to come for the interview. I had the initial interview with one lady and everything went well. I received an email to come back for a second interview and then met with two people from the department. They began asking many behavioral questions. I hadn't much clinical experience so I bombed the questions. I did not get called back.
