Entretien
Presentation on current work followed by interview and chat with PI. Then followed by lab member meetings on an individual basis to learn about the projects and so they gauge your personality. Usually ends with dinner where the pi and several lab members are invited
The interview process was pretty straightforward, It lasted about 30 minutes, and one professor talked to me in detail about my interests and goals. The talk was great and a good experience for me.
One-hour presentation of research. Followed by a detailed interview with the supervisor. He was direct and wanted to know exactly what my skillset was and my confidence in getting experimental work done.
Great and enriching experience during the whole time there. Would highly recommend people and friend to go to UCLA and receive marvel education and training. In the meantime, the process is smooth and great.
