It was good…. you have to apply online! Make sure to include your resume and cover letter! Great first job for high school graduates! Interviews are second round! Probably a month long process during summer

Entretien
They hire at the start of fall quarter each year, look for signs telling you when the information sessions are. You can apply at any of the dorms, go to a smaller dorm so that there are less people looking to apply. Show that you can work well with others.

Almost all of the questions were extremely predictable (like biggest strength/weakness/how to handle office situations) but the question that I wasn't expecting to be asked was "how I've experienced diversity in my life"
