They asked why you were interested in the position and why you're interested in working with kids. Afterwards they had situation questions in which you'd say you're response to a certain situation, examples being if a kid got into a fight with another kid, a parent came up to you with a concern, or you're teaching a lesson that goes against a camper's religious beliefs.
